U.S. Return and Exchange Policy

Newton James gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund (minus the return label cost) or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. If you live in Kansas City for your convenience, online and phone purchases may be returned to the Newton James store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
